It will help you to know what the common stressors are because many of them are completely avoidable.

CORPORATE STRESS
Corporate stress is experienced by an employee working in a corporate set up. It is of the most prevalent forms of stress in modern society. Unfortunately, most companies have no idea of how to assess what employee stress costs them in terms of turnover. A study carried out in 1992 by American based firm showed that corporate stress eats away as much as 40% of after tax profits. Come to think of it, if you are Indian company, anyways there’s not much left later paying taxes. I believe that corporate stress is a disease syndrome, with its definite signs and symptoms, mentioned further. If you find that your company suffers from any 3 of the following 8 symptoms, a diagnosis of corporate distress will be most appropriate.
- Increase in medical complaints.
- Increase in absent
- Grievances.
- interpersonal problems
- Accidents at work
- Resistance to change
- Customer service problems
- lack of innovation.
STUDENT STRESS
One gets the first bitter taste of stress in the adolescent years. There is pressure to perform well in exams, an anxiety whether one will be accepted by peers and to add to it all, difference in generations cause many arguments. All these lead to stress in susceptible youngsters. It is important to deal with stress at this stage because it lays foundations of the mental make up of individual for the years to come.
EXAM ANXIETY
The most common form of student stress is exam anxiety. Marked by a feeling of panic, the student feels upper pared for the exams, almost every student experience exam stress. To some extent, exam anxiety functions like stress and motivates students to put in greater efforts while studying However, at times it gets out of hand and the inevitable result is distress.
Initial symptoms of exam anxiety are:
- Increased perspirations
- rapid heart beating
- Upset stomach
- Tense muscles
- Headache.
However when full-blow distress, then the following symptoms are observed:
- Inability to focus and understand the guest ions
- Difficulty in retrieving keywords and concepts
- A ‘blank feeling when one tries to remember the answers
- Remembering the answers after the exam is over.
The unfortunate result of excess exam stress is that the student fares badly in exams despite having worked hard.
Exam stress in students has greatly increased over the last few decades. The primary reason for this is that parents and teachers expect students to perform excessively well in their exams, Earliest only students preparing for important board exams would experience maximum exam stress. But clinical experience.
Has shown that today, even 8th standard students start experiencing exam stress, which continues to the time they obtain admission into professional colleges of their choice. Sometimes, the stress spills over into college life as well after that in the guise of work stress.
It will not be fair to blame the teachers or the parents who put pressure on the students, which leads to exam anxiety. In an era of increasing competition, the child has to work harder to qualify for the best college or professional institution.
The other common stressors faced by a student are
- Failure in examinations
- The first year’s college requires adjustment to new study material and people.
- Transfer to another college/educational institution.
- Economic burden of higher studies.
- Problem with teachers.
- Being expelled or having to quit college.
As explained earlier, exam anxiety, the most common form of student stress, is to some extent present in all of us, and up to a certain level works to motivate the student to study even harder. On the other hand, there are increasing instances of exam anxiety ending up as a form of distress. In this state, students experience poor concentration, reduced attention span, and memory failure at the time of exams with most of these resolving after the exams are over. Since this form of distress spoils the performance of even the brightest of students, it becomes a matter of concern and requires treatment at the right point of time we treat distress forms of exam anxiety through a group of specific homeopathic medications. These medications function by controlling and reducing the extent of exam anxieties as perceived by the human body. These in turn work by controlling stress levels and preventing symptoms of distress from setting in, thus giving the student a chance to perform at his/her best potential.
A further advantage of the treatment is that homeopathy has no side effects, like drowsiness, insomnia, or trembling, unlike conventional treatment. And also we guide our patients through yoga, prename, and meditations under our treatment, improving their mental ability and patience free from their mental disease.

I was suffering from Chronic Glomerular Nephritis for 4 years. The albumin in urine was 3+. The creatinine level was fluctuating between 5 and 10. The blood urea was fluctuating between 50 and 80. I was loosing flesh day by day and became weak. I consulted many Urologists. I was given steroids and was finally asked to go on dialysis. Seeing the experience of my other friends who had similar problems, I was reluctant to go for it. In the meantime I decided to try Dr. Harshad Raval MD Homeopathic treatment. With his treatment, the creatinine and urea levels came down drastically. The albumin is now in traces. Creatinine level is 1.9. Blood urea is below 20. All this happened without steroids. The Hb level which had gone down to 6.7% has now reached above 11%. I am feeling much better. The edema on the body has considerably reduced. I don't look pale as before. I feel much energetic and able to work long hours in teaching profession. I am really thankful to DrRaval remedial approach to kidney problems.

I used to have thick and silky hair. Two years back during winter, my hair suddenly started falling in bunches leaving round patches on my scalp. I consulted Dermatologist who diagnosed it to be Alopicia Areata. Application of ointments, subcutaneous injections did not give a permanent hair and the round spots became bigger and bigger. After following Dr. Harshad Raval MD[Hom] treatment, initially very thin golden hair started developing in the bald area. These hair became darker over time. I am growing new hair in other areas too which is giving a richer look. It was a wonderful experience!
